We have a 2 tiered membership fee - if you join between 1st January 2012 - 30th September 2012 the membership fee for the year is £15. If you join after 1st October 2012 the membership fee is £10 for the remainder of the year. All memberships will expire on 31st December 2012.
The Jays Loyalty Card - Enter seven classes to receive one class entry free. Collect your loyalty card from the secretary. PLEASE NOTE - 2011 LOYALTY CARDS WILL EXPIRE ON 31ST DECEMBER 2011 - NO CLASS STAMPS CAN BE CARRIED FORWARD TO 2012.
Cheaper entry fees at most events excluding affiliated events.
Members can email their show entries up until 7pm of the evening prior to the event (dressage email entries must be received by the closing date on the schedule) and pay the pre entry prices when you arrive on the day - please note that all classes entered by email will need to be paid for.
Only Members can compete at The Jays Masters Showjumping Championships, Where we have great prizes to be won.
The Jays Rules:
No dogs allowed on the showground or the lorry park,
Please close the gates when entering and leaving The Jays
All droppings must be cleaned up from the warm up arena, anyone not cleaning up droppings will be asked to leave and banned from future events.
Only horses that have entered a class are to be ridden on the show ground. If no entry fee is paid then a £10 charge will be made for arena hire.
No mucking out of lorries or trailers allowed, any one seen doing so will be asked to leave and banned from future events.
Correct footwear and correctly fastened hat to be worn when mounted.
Long sleeve shirts are to be worn during the summer months if not wearing a jacket when competing.
No lunging in the Arena, Please ask permission to lunge in the lorry park.
